Adverising terms
Before submitting any advert you must read and agree to the following terms & conditions.
Prohibited content
This is a family site and will be viewed by people of all ages. We reserve the right to refuse or delete at any time an advert that we deem to be unsuitable for the site. As a guide the following content is prohibited.

Weapons including domestic knifes

Alcohol related adverts
You may advertise a venue such as a bar, club or pub but we will not advertise anything relating to the sale or use of alcohol.
Age
Everthingbristol.co.uk is available for all ages to view and therefore your advert must also be appropriate for all ages to view.
Links
Pages and websites that are linked from your advert must also not breach the terms and conditions on this page or your advert may be deleted. You or your company must own the page or website or have permission from the website owner for any page that your advert links to. Linked pages and websites must also not force downloads, automatically re-direct or open un related pop-ups, have fake close buttons that do not allow the user to exit the site or trick the user in any other way that may force the user to do something they do not wish to do.
Stock
Any product or event you advertise must have sufficient stock or places available for the demand you reasonably expect the advert to create. If you expect demand to be more than what is available please state "Limited availability" in your advert.
Duplicate ads
We reserve the right to duplicate any advert and use it to fill un used ad space in another part of the site other than that selected by you, this is done at our discretion at no extra charge. We also reserve the right to use your advert in advertising this site. We may also tweet about your advert on Twitter.com and post it on our Facebook page.
Downtime
Although our hosts expect 99.9% uptime and unlimited bandwidth we can't make guarantees to this effect. When advertising with us you agree that there may be (although very rare) times when users cannot access the site due to technical issues and therefore may not able to view your advert. Although we make no guarantees we do not expect for less than 99.9% uptime and in the event of substantial downtime aim to (without guarantee) extend your advert free of charge.
Views
At this time we make no guarantee as to the number of views your advert will get. Any document we publish relating to site traffic will show past traffic as a guide and does not in any way predict future traffic or make any promises as to the number of views we expect.
Accessibility
When advertising with us your advert will be placed on our full desktop website. No advertising package we currently provide guarantees your advert will be included on our mobile site. Most modern devices have the ability to view our desktop site however we make no guarantees as to different devices ability to do this.
Duration of purchased ads
When you submit your advert it undergoes an approval process. This usually takes no more than 24 hours but can take longer. Your adverts duration is not affected by the approval process and will be live on the site for at least the duration purchased.
Event ad

We aim to have event ads live within 24hrs of them being submitted but in some circumstances this could take up to 72hrs. Please bare this in mind if you are posting an event which is happening very soon. When there are 20 or more upcoming events live on the site they will be split across pages organised by month.

Approved event ads will be displated until the events end date and time.
Advert errors
While we do our best to ensure your advert is correct It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check their advert when it goes live on the site and to inform us of any errors that need correcting.
Membership card
When advertising a discount for everything Bristol members to redeem you also agree to the following:

To give one months notice before decreasing or removing your discount.

Allow unlimited use (subject to space or availability) of your discount to Everything Bristol members and their guests (where you have agreed to allow members to bring guests who can also use the discount) during your advertised days and times.

Not to accept any expired membership cards
Your Ad may be deleted
If in breach of any of the advertising terms & conditions your advert may be deleted. We also reserve the right to delete adverts at any time for any reason. Adverts may also be deleted if they promote competing services or otherwise negatively affect our business. A refund for the outstanding time will be paid or support given to bring the ad in line with our terms.
